James Lived at Holt 1776, Malpas 1776-1786,
James & Sarah Webster were married by licence, he was a Cabinate Maker and she a 25 year old spinster of Malpas. By 1787 James was a Yeoman and his new wife Sarah Timmis was a 40 year old spinster from Middlewich.
James was listed as Sargent James Eachus in the Muster Rolls of the Cheshire Militia 1781-1782, Company Capt Bennett.
